I ship and receive daily using UPS, USPS, FEDEX. With the exception of Airborne Express, I have an excellent record with them. You may ship to me with confidence. It is my default practice to use regular ground UPS with a declared value of $100.00 for return shipments. Please note "up front" if you want something else. Fedex shipping is available if charges are applied directly to your account.

Use the Post Office Box #1724 for USPS deliveries only.

The Postal Service is almost always best for International Shipments. UPS FEDX, etc often add on special handling charges and attract Customs Fees. All customs charges and brokerage fees will be billed to you if you must use those services for International shipments.

This may sound like a round about way to get to the shop, but it is far clearer than trying to negotiate all the back roads and since most of it is highway, it just as quick.

From points East and North

146 South to intersection at Sayles Hill Road . Take a left on to Sayles Hill Road . After approx 1 ½ miles take another left onto Route 99 North – See map.

   There is another company which Steve used to be with which still bears the name: "S.K. Grimes Camera Repair" located on Drydock avenue in Boston with a 617 area code phone number. Its a long story, but, briefly Steve sold the trademark for "S.K. Grimes Camera Repair" to the E.P. Levine Co in 1982 and worked for that company as an employee for some ten years. Like Steve , you may have fond memories of Phil Levine (E.P. Levine), a legend in the Boston camera business. He passed away several years ago and two or three years later it became time for Steve to "move on".

   We are no longer associated with nor have anything whatsoever to do with that company.

   If you ask Boston telephone information for "S.K. Grimes" it is likely that you will get that company and unless you are particularly insistent you may not be referred to me. We occaisionally come into contact with irate folks who want something done about a delay or other mishandling of work they thought they had sent to our location.
