Here's some info about how to pack and ship safely. Good packing requires some thought and care; neglect of good packing techniques is the most common reason for damage in shipping. Insurance will not pay for damage to poorly packed items. Conversely, properly packed items do not get damaged.

A well packed item in shipment causes no anxiety, whereas a risky packing job is something to worry about.
